Below is an example of a report when it is completed.

Selecting Report Dates

Before running the report you will want to select the Report Dates to run the report by.  To do this you will maximize the Report Date box as shown in the red box below.

You can then choose to run the report by Starting and/or Ending Dates or by Calendar Dates.  If you leave the Report Date Fields Open it will run the report for all dates.

Set Report Parameters

Right click on the report and select Edit Parameters to select which locations, flocks, or filters you want to include or exclude from the report.  These must be set for the report to be able to run.  Each data-set might have different filters available specific to that dataset.  The ones below are the most common filters you will see in the parameters.

Facility, Industry Types and Flock Status

Additional Flock Filters

You can select additional filters, if you want to run a report for a specific type such as run report for flocks that are a specific Breed, produce a certain Egg Type, are located on a specific Farm Type, are set as a specific Flock Type or utilize a specific Contract (flock Defaults).  As well as have a certain program assigned to the flock and service person.  If you do not set any filters here, the report will run for all flocks meeting the facility requirements set on the previous steps.  There is no need to check all as that will require the flock to have those types set on them for them to return information in the report.

Selecting Attributes

If you have attributes set on a flock you can report on those items here.  See Flock Attributes for more information on setting these up.

Selecting Flocks

You can run report for all flocks or just specific flocks selected.  When you open the drop down box you can see additional flock information as well as have the ability to search for flocks.

Flock Cycle Filters

You can select to run the report for flocks that are in a specific cycle or are a specific age.

More information here: Report Filters - Cycle and Age

Misc. Options

If you have adjustments applied to your houses or flocks, you can opt to run the report without them.

Parameter Sets

You can create multiple parameter sets under a report by right clicking on the report and selecting create parameter set.  The system will ask you to name your parameter set.  It will show up under the report, you will then right click on the parameter set and select edit parameters.  Set your parameters up.

Running a Report

You can Run a Report by double clicking on the selected report or right clicking the report and selecting Run Report.  An external screen will pop up with the report data.

Linked Reports

If you copy a report and paste it as a link, then that linked report will update with any changes made to the original parent report.
