You can apply wheat supplements to a house to adjust Feed Plan's. See additional information of Feed Supplements.
House Comments
On House form there is a tab for House Comments, You can add any comments about the specific house. These house notes will also show up on any flocks feed plan assigned/placed to that house. See:

To Edit or delete a house, right click on a house in the Facility Management Tree and select “Edit This House”. (You can also select the house and then click the “Edit Selected” button.)
