requirements are now available in ERP!

Available in Aeros ERP version 3.12.XX+34+

There are new 2020 1099 MISC & 1099 NEC  requirements that will require an ERP software update.

There are new requirements around NEC = Nonemployee Compensation so an NEC type was added to the system and the configurations needed for that type.
