- Access the Receivables module.
- Click on Utilities.
- Click on Lockbox Processing.
Any pending Lockbox records will appear:
- The last column is the Status column, click the heading to sort and find any records with the Error status.
Clicking on the word "Error" will show the reason as to why. These records cannot be imported.
- If you have any records in the Error status, you will need to redo the Import with correct information before proceeding.
It is a best practice to click the Reject button in the ribbon bar to remove all these records, and start over at Step #1. - If no records show an Error the Ready status, click on the Process button.
- The system will create the deposit record and process the payment applications.
- Click Exit to close the Lockbox Processing screen.
